SUMMARY:Tembea Cycling Tour
DESCRIPTION:This is an East African road cycling race/tournament that brings together the Cycling Federations and Associations of East Africa. The aim is to discover talents\, promote green mobility\, sustainable and sports tourism\, and environmental action by planting trees in Uganda. \nThis will be a one-day road race\, and it will kick off on 1st Nov 2026 from Mukono to Jinja via Katosi Road and head back to Mukono from Jinja for a finishing line. The route will be 140 km for male cyclists and 60 km for female cyclists.

DESCRIPTION:The Magical Kenya Travel Expo (MKTE) is Kenya’s flagship international tourism trade show\, bringing together tourism boards\, tour operators\, travel agents\, hotels\, airlines\, buyers\, media and other industry stakeholders for B2B meetings\, networking\, destination promotion and business development. \nUganda’s participation focuses on promoting “Explore Uganda – The Pearl of Africa” to regional and international travel buyers. Through UTB and Ugandan tourism businesses\, Uganda showcases its wildlife\, gorilla and chimpanzee experiences\, adventure\, culture\, birding and conservation while engaging buyers through B2B meetings\, destination training and media activities. \nThe expo also provides Uganda with an opportunity to strengthen tourism cooperation with Kenya\, develop joint marketing opportunities and attract more visitors to Uganda.
